APPLICATION DEADLINE is OCTOBER 7, 2016.
There are usually a large number of applications/requests each year, so if you do not hear back by October 14, 2016 confirming your child’s acceptance this year, then that means all art club positions have been filled.
To keep everything fair across all 5th-grade homerooms, I balance out the number of boys and girls and the amount of students from each homeroom after the deadline, not on a first come basis.
Art Club will have a FALL & SPRING session.
FALL SESSION RUNS every Thursday 3:30-4:30 starting on the THIRD THURSDAY in OCTOBER through the THIRD THURSDAY in DECEMBER on FULL SCHOOL DAYS only.
SPRING SESSION RUNS every Thursday 3:30-4:30 starting on the THIRD THURSDAY in FEBRUARY through the THIRD THURSDAY in APRIL on FULL SCHOOL DAYS only.
ONLY THOSE ACCEPTED will be notified via the parent email provided by the 3rd Thursday in October as well as if your child is in the fall or spring session.
Did you get accepted to art club? If you received my email stating you/your child was accepted, please read ALL information below;
Students will be dismissed through the FRONT DOORS by the MAIN OFFICE.
PLEASE WAIT OUTSIDE THE BUILDING BY 4:30
*Please make every effort to pick up your child BY 4:30. IF your child is picked up late more than twice they will be removed from the club. Thank-you very much, your punctuality is greatly appreciated!
Once your child is accepted into Art Club we use REMIND to stay in communication with one another.
